Great filter system for back county and general travel

"On my second Ultra press Ti. Sadly the first one was lost in an airport. I have the Ultra press TI and Geo press Ti. I mainly use the Ultra press while when traveling and doing short hikes. The titanium does not retain flavor so the water always taste clean. Using the Ultra press let me get clean water anywhere I travel with out having to buy bottled water. While hiking it easy to use where there available water sources and reduces the need to carry as much water in my pack. I use the Geo press for back country trips as a primary filter, but still carry a small pump for larger volumes of water and as a backup system."

Easier to operate than the Geo Press

"My daughter has trouble using the GeoPress titanium that I have so I got her the Ultra Press and now she uses it every day."

Works great and is easy

"Works great and is easy to use for hiking and as an everyday water bottle! Fits great in my Jeep cup holder. Just wish that the cap was attached to the main lid with some sort of lanyard and that GRAYL made a coffee press and lid for this smaller size UltraPress."

What we all need

"Simple, easy, tough, fast, good looking, flexible, and it handles viruses. Had the standard 24oz version, I bought the 16oz Ti version so I can EDC it in my daypack. Goes with me everywhere."

The perfect travel companion

"A great travel water bottle. Never knew how much I needed it until I was stranded in the Atlanta airport for a night."

Ultrapress TI

"I've had a Grayl Geopress for a 4 years now and I love it. I purchased the Pathfinder nesting cup last year and took it hunting. It is a great combination. I wanted something a little bit lighter and a little more compact for the hunting pack and overnight backpack trips. I waffled quite a bit between a titanium ultra press and a titanium Geopress. In the end, I'm glad I did the ultra press just because there is no reason not to take it everywhere! I look at it it's just like a concealed carry handgun. You can always go larger and have more capacity, but the likelihood you're gonna leave it behind because it's too heavy and bulky, is a factor. The titanium ultra press is the best of everything. Disappears in any pack and will purify , filter and boil water."

Not so sure yet.

"I have watched many videos on YouTube about the product as I wanted to make sure I want to invest in this product as its not cheap. I bought the smaller of the two. I dont know if my filter or what but I make sure the cap is turned or off and it can be difficult to pull out the bottle from the outer cup (filled or empty) so I have no clue when I would need to change filter out as it takes ne 20-30 seconds now on a new filter"

I like it for small

"I like it for small light edc. Fits about anywhere. Typical Grayl performer. They are a little pricey but for what they deliver worth it."
